2024 Dodge Hornet

The Hornet gives you a choice of two compelling turbocharged engines. The standard 2.0L inline-4 produces a stout 268 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque, making it one of the most powerful base engines in the segment. It's paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive for confident acceleration and handling in all conditions.

For even more get-up-and-go, step up to the 1.3L turbocharged plug-in hybrid powertrain, good for 288 horsepower and a 0-60 mph sprint in the low 6-second range. The 15.5 kWh lithium-ion battery pack provides an estimated 30 miles of all-electric range, perfect for emissions-free daily commuting. Charging takes just 2.5 hours with a 240V Level 2 charger. The hybrid mates to a 6-speed automatic transmission and standard AWD.

The Hornet lineup includes four distinct trims, each generously appointed: GT, GT Plus, R/T, and R/T Plus. Even the base GT comes loaded with desirable amenities like LED headlights and taillights, dual-zone climate control, a 10.25" touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, and more.

Climbing the range nets you amenities like leather upholstery, a larger 12.3" digital instrument cluster, a wireless charging pad, a hands-free power liftgate, navigation, and a premium Harman Kardon sound system. Performance upgrades on the R/T trims include Brembo brakes, adaptive dampers, and 20" wheels wrapped in sticky Pirelli tires.
